Agreeing on an order

These terms are based on the provider’s documents. Specific features, pricing, billing periods, activation and acceptance are stated in the confirmed order, invoice or contract. If One.Ru expressly identifies a different provider, that provider’s terms apply to the relevant service. Sending an enquiry is not acceptance and requires no payment.

Payment and commencement

Before payment, the parties agree on scope, limitations and required materials. Payment is made against a confirmed invoice or through the designated system. Commencement and required access are agreed separately. Archived bank details should not be used to pay.

Results and maintenance

Deliverables are assessed against the agreed requirements. Fixes, changes, support, licences and recurring fees are covered by the order terms. Any relevant registrar, hosting, AI or other supplier limitations are explained when the order is agreed.

Termination and enquiries

Changes, termination, payment for completed work and refunds are handled under the contract and applicable requirements. Email sales@faces.ru with your order reference. This information page does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Indicative budgets and rights

Form ranges guide the brief and are not service prices. Content volume, languages, revisions, licences and external-service costs are defined before work starts. Output, source-file, likeness, voice and music rights are recorded separately, taking account of the tools used.
