Verify permission
Before making a clone, we agree documentation with the person or an authorised representative: materials, purpose, channels, duration, rights and restrictions. Enquiry or chat consent does not permit clone production or publication of personal material.
Use restrictions
We do not create material for fraud, fabricated statements or unauthorised impersonation. Sensitive scenarios and work involving minors require specific assessment and permissions. Synthetic content must not be presented as documentary evidence of an event.
Review and AI disclosure
Scripts and outputs are approved before publication. AI disclosure follows the context, platform requirements and applicable rules. Music, source and output rights are recorded in the order, taking tool terms into account; AI output is not automatically assumed to be exclusive.
Materials and deletion
Do not send personal footage or voice recordings through the chat. After the brief, we agree secure handover, access, retention and withdrawal or deletion procedures. Questions: vera@administrator.ru.
